When does Pro launch?
When the free community reaches critical mass. A paid tier bolted onto a quiet server helps nobody. Waitlist members get access first, in signup order, at the founding rate while the 50 places last.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly rolling, cancel anytime, self-serve. No calls, no retention scripts, no notice periods.
Is there VAT on top?
No VAT is currently charged. If that ever changes, the price on this page is the price you pay, and we'll say so before anything is billed differently.
What's the sourcing service?
Later in the roadmap: we find and package a property to your criteria for a one-off fee, fully registered and insured before we take a penny. Pro members will get £500 off.
Why should I trust the deals?
Every deal names the catch: the roof, the service charge, the slow market. A deal feed is only worth paying for if it's honest when a deal is mediocre. That's the entire product.
