Privacy notice

Plain English, because privacy notices should be readable: we collect almost nothing, and what we do collect is listed here.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups:your email address (and first name if you give it) when you join the Pro waitlist. It's delivered to a private, staff-only channel in our Discord workspace and used for one thing: contacting you about the Pro launch.
• Discord:when you join the community, Discord shares your username and your onboarding answers (region, budget, goal) inside the server. Discord's own privacy policy governs your Discord account.
• This website: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see where visitors come from. It is cookieless and privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally. No advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also processes standard server logs to run the service.

Legal basis and retention

We process waitlist emails on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it any time by asking us to delete your email, and we'll remove it. Waitlist data is deleted once the founding launch completes or on request, whichever is sooner.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Waitlist emails aren't sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The services that process data on our behalf are Discord (waitlist delivery, community) and our web host.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Ask in the Discord or via X (@housetrix) and we'll action it. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
