These terms cover your use of housetrix.co.uk and the Housetrix Discord community. Short version: everything here is education, be decent to people, and don't rely on anything on this site as personal financial advice.

1. Who we are

Housetrix is a UK property education community. Contact us in the Discord or via X (@housetrix). Company details will be published here on incorporation.

2. Education, not advice

All content (guides, community posts, deal previews, tools) is general education about UK property. Nothing here is a personal recommendation, financial advice, mortgage advice, tax advice or legal advice. Mortgages are regulated: for advice on them, speak to an FCA-authorised broker. Figures are checked against official sources at the time of writing but rules change, so verify anything you rely on.

3. The community

Access to the Discord is governed by the server rules you accept on joining. We may remove content or members that break them, including anyone selling to members in private messages.

4. Paid services

Nothing is currently sold on this site. When Housetrix Pro launches, its terms (including pricing, billing, cancellation and your statutory cooling-off rights) will be published here and shown clearly before you pay anything.

5. Our content

You're welcome to share links to the guides. Don't republish them wholesale or pass them off as your own.

6. Liability

We're not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on general educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

7. These terms

We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
